Video freezes while audio keeps playing

    Having the exact same problem. Bought “the witch” and “dark Phoenix” and both picture freezes as audio continues. Then I get a playback error message. Can’t enjoy a movie when I have to restart it 8+ times. Works fine on my phone but shouldn’t have to watch it on my cell....that’s why I have a TV

      There's an issue with the current firmware on several Samsung TVs. Please contact Samsung support so they can assist you with this issue.

        Like many others, I am waiting for Samsung to roll out the firmware that will allow me to watch My UHD movies on the Samsung app. In the meantime I have had success viewing them through my Apple TV...

          I'm having the same problem and have been for a few months. I can't watch most of my UHD content with the VUDU App on my Samsung UN65NU8000 4k TV without them freezing after seconds of playback. If I have the movies on a cross platform like Amazon Prime, they playback fine on those applications. Just tried watching John Wick 3, and a minute in, the video freezes, and the audio keeps going.
