The Fandango at Home Forums are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango at Home experience. Here, Fandango at Home customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango at Home and Fandango at Home -related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc).     Twin Peaks Season 2 Episode 7 Audio/Video Sync Issue

    There is an issue with the audio and video sync for Episode 7 of Twin Peaks Season 2 (Lonely Souls). I've watched it on numerous devices (PC, Xbox One, PS4, smart TV Vudu app) and the sync issue exists across all.

    Can this be fixed somehow?

        Is this still an issue? I hope really hope Vudu can fix this and reply to this thread before I decide to spend 50 dollars on this and especially for those who already have... lowenbotten seems to have reported this 7 moths ago and still hasn't received a reply...

            I just checked this episode and indeed it's out of sync on all qualities. I have filed a bug for this. Hopefully we can get a new encode for this soon.

                The 2-minute preview won't help. The sync issue doesn't quite start until shortly into the episode.

                      Vudu, what are you doing to get this issue fixed? When you request a new encode from a studio, do you put any serious effort into it or do you just send off a request and don't follow up? Do you even ask for a new encode?

                      How are you billing me as well as other people for a product that doesn't function as it should?

                      As you can tell, I'm not pleased. This is my favorite tv show of all time. I was happy to get it on Vudu HDX only to find out it is flawed, even if it's just one episode. You're lack of response or any sort of corrective action makes it even worse.
