    Failed to Connect

    My Vizio TV is not connecting to the network when there is a working connection in the house. It used to work fine but today it is displaying "Failed to connect to the network. error code 28..

    If it was working before, but isn't now. You may want to try rebooting all of your network equipment. After the reboot, if you still are getting the error message, please give us a call at (888)554-VUDU. It might be necessary to open some ports on your firewall.

      i am experiencing the same problem, with multiple cold boots of my network and still the same error that i am unable to connect.
