Initial Credit vs Movie Credit Codes

    Hello,

I am a new VUDU user with a 5.99 account credit. I also redeemed (5) $10 promo movie codes. From my understanding the initial credit must be used within 30 days whereas the promo codes are good for 1 year. My question is this...when I rent a movie, will the charge come from my initial credit or just from my overall balance???

To specify, since my 5.99 credit is only good for 30 days, will it deduct that FIRST or just from my overall balance...in which case would I lose that 5.99 after 30 days since I highly doubt I will use the whole balance within the next 30 days?

Hopefully my question makes sense to someone lol.

Thanks in advance for any help!

    Emrge,

It should subtract from your $5.99 credit first, if for some reason it doesn't and you lose the credit, please let me know. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
