Being John Malkovich

I was curious if anybody else has this problem. I have BEING JOHN MALKOVICH in my UV and it shows up in every UV connected format except VUDU. I know you're hands are super busy with the whole MOVIES ANYWHERE cabobble, but I was wondering, FelipeF, if there was anyway you could take a look at that. It was be nice to finely have that in my VUDU library. Thank you, as always, for the tremendous work you do.

The UV link (called ALID) that the provider (Flixster, Sony, Paramount, etc.) with who you redeemed with is invalid. Please contact that provider and have them update the ALID for that movie. Since the ALID assigned to the content was created by them, only they are capable of updating the ALID information. Once that's been completed, the movie will then import over into your Vudu account.

If you'd like me to start a new thread on this I can, but I was curious if you'd have any insight into one more problem area I have. I own the movie FRIDAY in HD on iTunes and Movies Anywhere, but still listed in VUDU as SD from an earlier redemption. I was wondering, FelipeF, if there was anything you could do about that. I reached out to Movies Anywhere and iTunes who both said it was a VUDU problem that I needed to check in about. Again, thank you, as always, for your help.
