What Studios transfer from Prime to Vudu

I want to make sure a film will transfer from Prime to Vudu before I buy it. I'm wanting to get Whiplash (Sony Pictures Classic). Will that show up in my Vudu movies if I buy on Amazon Prime?

    Yes it will.
If you search a title in Movies Anywhere and it shows up, then it will port between providers as long as those providers are linked to MA.

Aquaman isn't available digitally yet on Amazon, that is why it isn't transferring over.

It appears that Prime Video isn?t carrying new Warner Bros. releases, as Rise of the Supermen and The Crimes of Grindelwald didn?t port either.

Fox, Disney, Warner Bros., Sony, and Universal are the studios - but Movies Anywhere has to have them available for them to port.

As far as Aquaman, you can acquire from another provider that has it available and it will port to Amazon when it becomes available.

It is "Early Access" on Vudu. It will port to Amazon when they get it.

Not carrying W.B. would be kind of dumb, wouldn't it?

Again, The Crimes of Grindelwald is "Early Access" on Vudu. It will port to Amazon when they get it.

Lastly, I believe the title you're thinking of is "Reign Of The Supermen" not "Rise..." and Amazon does have that one.

Amazon seems to be feuding with WB so don't expect any of the new releases to port until they settle it. I haven't been getting recent episodes of Supergirl and Arrow either after I bought the season passes for 3.99 each from them but I'm sure eventually they'll turn up.

You are correct that Reign of the Supermen is available, but only for those subscribed to Prime, not for general purchase.
