I bought "Lorax" with UV sticker. When I try to watch HDX version on VUDU, I can't. I can only stream SD or HD version via VUDU. Please explain. I specifically buy VUDU Blu-Rays for the HDX streaming capability. The Lorax packaging and previous experiences I have had with UVVU Blu-Ray purchased have provided no indication that I would only have access to inferior streaming capability with my recent "Lorax" purchase. I feel ripped off.

Hello,
Thank You for contacting VUDU Customer Care.
Please run a speed test at speedtest.vudu.com thru a computer or hard wired laptop. This speed test will allow you to see how much network speed you are accessing in your home.
For SD, 1 mbps is required. VUDU recommends 2 mbps. For HD, 2.5 mbps is required. VUDU recommends 5 mbps. For HDX, 4.5 mbps is required. VUDU recommends 9 mbps If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to respond to this email or call our live line below.

You have absolutely failed to address my issue and cause me to question if you even read my request. The issue has nothing to do with bandwidth. It has to do with licensing. Please spend time to read the Email and understand the problem before responding.
