According to the Adobe Air website, the only supported Windows platforms are Server 2008, Windows 7 and Windows 8

    http://www.adobe.com/products/air/tech-specs.html

If that's the case, then the Vudu to Go program will not run because Adobe Air isn't working correctly. Something to look at...

I had this happen to me. This worked you might want to try it go to your start button, all programs, and go to internet options. Go to advanced settings click on restore internet settings. This worked for me? Hope it works for you? I still don't know why I had to do this or how I changed them in the first place? Good luck!

VUDU should be ashamed as this is a really poor application and it worked without any issues in prior releases. Very bad software development and QA processes!

    Admins PLEASE respond...
Amen to that. Been waiting over a month for a response now. Can't even remember the last time this thing worked. Very annoying.

This is getting quite silly now...it seems with the last update it actually got worse! Now I have a black screen on the 'my purchases' tab as well as the D2D tab.

I am having the same problem. I also have Windows Vista, and I'm starting to recognize that there is a pattern with Vista users and the most recent VUDU ToGo update. Seems to me this shouldn't be a "bug" issue that takes almost 3 months to fix. I have other Disc to Digital programs on my computer and they work fine. This is definitely a VUDU problem that isn't really being taken seriously. Customer Care was nice and responded quickly, but they were of no real help. Hopefully there is something in the works to get this fixed, but until then I guess we're stuck going to WalMart or using the competition's In Home Disc to Digital programs.

I have vista and am having this same problem. Is this problem being fixed? I think I can take my discs to my local walmart but it seems the 50% discount is only for home conversions and I just will not pay that price.

VUDU please update this board regarding the 'blank' screen Disc to Digital issue. Based on the many posts so far, its a common thread and issue. I spent couple hundred bucks last year transferring old dvds to digital and LOVE the convenience of doing so from my computer and would continue paying for it...just send an update!.
The local Walmart (not a supercenter) does not provide this service here in Savannah, Ga. thank you

I downloaded the update for vudu to go but still does not work on Vista. Is anyone with Vudu monitoring this and able to confirm whether this will ever get fixed?

Please try logging in again. [#5000]. I have uninstalled AIR and Vudu to Go numerous times with no success. I have also tried disabling the firewall as other responses have suggested and opening the ports on my router. I am running Windows Vista SP2.
I am having same exact issue. Any body figure out a fix?

Sometimes it is your d2d cart that has problems. Have a rep reset it for you.
Other times it can be problems connecting to vudu.

I don't know why Vudu Admins are pretending that there is a internet problem. Vudu now requires you to take your movies to a local Wal Mart (Photo Department) to transfer them. That ends my disc to digital. It was good while it lasted!
