Re: MAN OF STEEL VUDU PREORDER

When I ordered from VUDU.COM it said on the website that my order would be available November 8th Becouse I was Pre ordering. If this was only true if you bought at Walmart then it should NOT of been printed on the Website at all

It was very misleading and I'm quite angry.. I did not know I was going to have to wait to release date

This is how the studio wants it.
Why was this on my Vudu pre-order account saying I had 7 hours (I kept checking and getting the same message) till I was able to watch this (Man of Steel) and this was at 8:30 EST last night and the text under the cover on the pre-order page said 11/8. This was misleading because obviously when I woke up this morning there was nothing in my Vudu account about streaming this movie.

And this is my confirmation letter in NO way was this clear about the early or not so early viewing times and I continually kept checking on my Vudu pre-order account and seeing the date of 11/8 as the viewing date???

Thank you for your Man of Steel (Theatrical) pre-order. (11/02/2013 10:44 AM)

    Your confirmation number is:

Your card will not be charged until your movie is ready to be streamed.

Man of Steel (Theatrical) in HDX digital quality (along with any additional bonus content) will show up in your account once your order has been processed.

You can go to "My Pre-orders" under "My VUDU" to make any changes to your pre-order before it's processed.

    Many Thanks,
    The VUDU Team

This is very upsetting I am a huge Superman fan and was very excited that I was going to be able to view this earlier then the bluray release even if it was just for the couple of days.

Ok it says on the Vudu site I will not be billed till the movie is streamed...ummm no movie on my Vudu account to stream as of this morn...soooooo I checked my bank and there is a 20 dollar deduction from my bank account. Well anyway after this debacle I have cancelled my pre-order and will be looking forward to my money being refunded and ohhh yeah my bluray I ordered from Amazon. Thanks.

Pre order cancelled. Ordering from Amazon. Why even offer the pre order if I can't watch it till release day. Ridiculous.

Is Vudu given any response to why this isn't streaming for the people who pre-ordered it. Thanks

I used my advance screening code to preorder physical copy + digital copy. I have the same question: Are we getting the Steelbook? Thanks!

I preordered the physical copy + digital copy with the early screening code. I have seen others online saying they have received shipping emails for their physical copies. When should I be concerned if I haven't received a shipping email for my blu ray?

Is the Blu-Ray pre-order a dvd combo pack? Or is it just the Blu-Ray Disk?

    Thanks
