    1408

Anyone know why the EST purchase of this title is so discounted?

It is HDX for $7.99, has a tomatometer of 78%, made in 2007, and has two "A" list actors as stars.

Seems too good to be true.

I'm going to check this one out myself. Maybe a hidden gem

I wouldn't complain as Amazon also has a lot of instant videos for $4.99-$7.99 including new releases which sell for much, much more on Vudu.

if Amazon Instant got a 1080p option and joined DECE, Vudu would be short of answers to why they should be the solution.

As it stands now, 1080p and DECE membership have become important to me. I am watching M-GO. They may get to be a bright star before Amazon, ironically enough.

M-Go is already a DECE member.

That's what Vudu has going for them, at least right now, and at this point I'd prefer to use Vudu based on their prior support and convenience if I can. However, I'd admit their VuduToGo app is trying my patience at the moment and if the Flixster or CinemaNow D2D apps offered Blu-ray conversion I'd immediately go to them to redeem the titles that Vudu can't since I'm tired of waiting for those titles to be fixed. But I'd still prefer Vudu over the competition if I had a choice.

Right. Bluray/1080p is a feature Vudu invested in and it is paying off. Everyone now has a flat screen in their home and 1080p is a big issue to maximize playback quality. The other kids on the block (Amazon / M-Go / Flixster) have some catching up to do.
