    Title Requests By Studio

    What I've "tried" to do here is create a list of requested titles by studio. These are titles that I've asked for along with titles that other members have asked for. This is a list of titles being requested for purchase on VUDU and for Disc to Digital whenever possible.

    I have tried to group the titles by studio or distributor as much as possible but it was hard to determine who owns the rights to several titles with all the bankruptcies, acquisitions, partnerships, collaborations, and shutdowns that have occurred over the years. If I got any wrong let me know and I will update my list.

      You expect Vudu to comb through that list again, and try to figure out what your new additions are? I'd suggest adding new titles in a successive post.

        I don't expect much. We already tried that in the past and someone at Vudu decided that all our title requests should be combined in a single thread. I don't really know how Vudu wants to use the 'Title Requests' section. Initially I was thinking that each thread would be for a single title, allowing other members to come along and "vote" for it in order to indicate the popularity of the movie.

        I added about six more titles that other members have requested to this list. This is how I intended to use this thread...a single compilation of everyone's requests. I also plan to remove titles from the list as Vudu adds them and I plan to add new titles as I have time.

        If VUDU wants to use this list that would be great. I've tried to group everything by studio/distributor in an effort to organize the titles and show which are from studios participating in UV. If they don't want to use this list then perhaps other members might find it helpful.

            If you can tell me which ones have been added and are available for disc to digital then I will update my list. As far as I know, none of the titles I listed are currently available on Vudu for disc to digital. I did find one that was available on CinamaNow and I made a note that indicates this.

              tfisher: Perhaps adding the D2D part in the initial post would help clarify what you meant.

              Several of the X-Men titles are now available in HDX with UV, all but X2 IIRC, but still not D2Dable.

                I did that originally...I have since gone back in and made the word "and" bold. In other words, I qualified that as a request for the entire list and not individual movies.

                Many of these titles are available for purchase. Many of these titles people already own on DVD or Blue Ray and I assume that most folks are like me in that they do not want to purchase the same movie twice just to watch it in the cloud.

                    I have updated the original list at the top of this thread.

                    In another thread titled "Several new 20th Century Fox Titles Available for D2D on VUDU!", members shadow316 and BJoffe found that several new titles have been added for Disc-to-Digital. I updated my list above to indicate which of those titles are not 100% available (for purchase or for D2D).

                    Check out this other thread (mentioned above) to find more titles that are now available for D2D.
