The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies 2D/3D Combo

Could we get a 2D/3D combo of the last Hobbit movie? We got one for the second movie, it would be awesome to have it for the last.

Well it's been 2 days since the digital release of the new hobbit movie and there still isn't a 2D/3D bundle. I can't and wont spend $32 on a 3D only title without bonus features or a 2D option for others in my family. So I guess I won't be purchasing The Hobbit: BotFA from Vudu.

I posted this in a different thread. A 3D/2D for this movie is most likely not happening anytime soon.

Daniel, I was wondering who makes the decision on what 3D movie will and which one will not get a 2D/3D bundle? And what are the deciding factors for it? I just find it odd that if Hollywood is wanting everything to go digital, so they can faze out physical media, why they wouldn't give us the same if not better deal than what the physical disk would cost. I can buy the 3D, 2D, DVD, and UV copy of the new hobbit movie for $28, or I could spend $32 here on Vudu and only get a 3D version. I'm sorry to say I'll pick physical media over digital for those prices any day.
