    Sarah Silverman Show

I sent a support ticket in on this and was given a generic answer. There are a bunch of problems with this listing.

    1) Season 1 is 6 episodes and Vudu only has 4 listed. (@ 14.99 - while the individual episodes are $2.99 are would only cost $12 to buy individually)

    2) Season 2a is 6 episodes (which is correct) but it listed @ 39.99 - while individual episodes are $2.99 and would only total $18 individually

    3) Season 2b is 10 episodes (which is correct) and is listed @ 24.99 - which seems correct, and makes me even more confident that the $39.99 price for the previous seasons six episodes is a complete error.

Season 3 seems correct as $25.99, and is also 10 episodes.

I was told they would forward my comments to the appropriate places, and it should be rectified quickly. That was 2 or 3 weeks ago.

I'd really like to purchase this complete series at an appropriate price.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

What is your case number? I would be happy to take a look and see if we can get in contact with our content team.

Just to be clear, is the bug he filed regarding the missing episodes in season 1? Or about the pricing mistakes?

Both issues are listed in the bug.

Hi. Any word about the progress on the bug report? Is this the kind of thing that could easily take weeks to investigate? I'm dying to purchase this series at its proper pricing.

Any update? Really need my Sarah Silverman fix. Especially after seeing A Million Ways to Die in the West in theaters.

It seems that episode 5 and 6 were pulled by MTV.

Our content team is working on the season pass price issue as well.

                      Re: Sarah Silverman Show

My original support ticket was submitted May 4th. I started this thread May 28.

It has now been two weeks since I last got an update on this issue.

Can someone on this forum tell me what the normal response time on stuff like this is?

We are still waiting to hear back from the studio.
