We use these on a lot of our projects where local control is needed but not necessarily Crestron control.
While I know that much of the Harmony's default configuration for "activities" are in what I would call the "for dummies" mode, I was able to find discrete commands in their DB for most toggled commands and I reconfigured the activities to use those discrete commands instead. (Just in case I manually powered a device on or off.)

Absolutely not correct. I have a ton of very customized macros for my Logitech Harmony 880. The only problem I have is that they don't have some of the codes correct for my TV. I have all the discreet codes from the TV manual (they are NOT on the TV remote) and need to just call Logitech to get their database updated but have never found it important enough to do it.

The Harmony 880 is VERY customizable...

You need to look in the manuals - do this online. Look for 24 fps to be supported or a vertical sync of 24 Hz, etc..

I stand corrected. I'll have to check out their current software and take a fresh look at it. Perhaps I am to used to looking at things on a whole house/system scale as opposed to one room. Thanks for clearing that up though as Logitech does have a decent price point and the cutomsization thing was smoething that led me away from them.

I have one of the lower end Harmony's (628) and wouldn't live without it. There new software also allowed me to transfer my Pronto codes (by cut and paste) that is where I had my discrete codes. Yes their library sometimes can be limited for some devices you can "Learn" if necessary and also their support staff was able to add discrete commands for my YSP-4000 within 48 hours.

I too, have a few older model 676s which work great with my entire setup. So far, I haven't come across anything they can't do. Do seem to eat batteries, though. Cats must sit on them during their all-night parties.

                Hi,

Yes you are perfectly right Nded. Because home theater's quality is depend on speaker. Good speaker's quality gives super sound quality. But budget is important for this. Also multiroom audio system setup is extraordinary for smart homes.

I was sort of surprised that the Meridian 810 Reference Projector only has 4000 lumens

My first projection monitor was a Pioneer 3 CRT gun that was rated at 600 Lumens and weighed in at around 200 lbs.

It worked great after you were able to get the convergence and focus properly and watched a movie late at night without a full moon.

So I think I might be ok with 4,000 lumens, if I ever purchased another one.

Well, down here in sunny Florida we have 2 rules to live by:

                                1) You can never have too many lumens.

                                2) You can never have too much cheese.
