Says I have no memory available??

I've never had any problems with using VUDU ... and we've been using it faithfully for over a year now. However, this weekend I was unable to access VUDU ... it kept telling me that I didn't have enough memory for the application?? I watched a movie Friday night, and then Saturday night I got this message?! We watch on our home TV through our BluRay system. Any one know what I can do to fix this problem?? I have movies purchased on VUDU and really need to be able to access it again from home.

When the error message comes up, I have no options except to exit... so I don't know how in the world this can be corrected.

    Please help!?!?!?!?!

Could you post your model of blu ray player? What is the exact error message as it appears on your TV?

This same message just appeared on my blueray too. I have a Samsung BDC5500. It was working fine a week or so ago and then this out of memory error popped up when trying to start VUDU. Same here... no options just exit and done.

        Abiggrboat,

Have you tried VUDU immediately after power cycling the device itself?

You may find this post helpful, I'll pass it on to our team to see exactly what's happening.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I did try cycling power and I get the same error. It says not enough memory to download the program.

I did try plugging a smaller 1gig (it was all i had) in to the USB port in the back as recommended in the link and the device does recognize it in the system menu. But I don't see how to redirect the downloaded apps to it in that menu. Same error popped up again when starting VUDU.

To redirect bd to larger usb drive, go to SETTINGS, SYSTEM, BD.

I did this, rebooted and now have about 20% of the apps I had before, but does download the apps that were bouncing before.
