Mr. Robot Season 3 Video encode very glitchy and pixlated in many parts

I just watched ep.1 of Mr. Robot season 3 and the video is very glitchy in many parts throughout, especially the first half of the episode. I am hoping that it's only this episode. Really quite annoying and takes you out of the episode.

NB FelipeF Jake - example points - watch 18min to 19min. Another good example is 48min to 48:20min. These are the types of glitches that occur in the first 4 episodes...

Episode 2 - only has 2 or so very minor glitches but the main issue is the brightness is turned way up. All of the blacks are several shades into the grey. I can't even fix it to any satisfactory level with my TV settings, nor would I want to have to do this. Please contact the studio for new encodes and to have some kind of QC before sending them.

NB - for the brightness issue just look at the opening USA logo animation or even the end credits, these are meant to be pure black...

Episode 3 - is near perfect, just a few very minor glitches.

Now that I think about it... the last time I noticed these types of glitches was in the series "Colony"(I think season 2) which is also a "USA Network" series. I didn't complain for that at the time because they were fairly minor and I could't be bothered.
When you request new encodes maybe mention it. Seems that whoever distributes their shows has an issue..

Episode 4 - More minor glitches. Also the audio levels are different between HDX and lower quality, noticeable when skipping back or forward...when the highest quality kicks in the audio becomes louder.

Ep 6 seems fine as well... Can someone from Vudu confirm that they have read this post and will request or have requested new encodes for these?

No one pays any mind to the Audio/Video topics it seems.
