    Chips no UHD in HDR

    When I purchased this i have sound but no HDR UHD playback, can someone look into this please. Thanks

    I noticed you posted several posts for the same issue on different movies. You probably have something setup incorrectly. The issue can stem from your cables, HDMI 2.1 compatibility on your TV, A/V receiver support, TV settings, etc. Perhaps if you give details on your setup someone might be able to help out.

      No, I have several other movies in UHD that playback is correct, as justice league, baby driver, Dunkirk, frontman, lego ninjago movie, dark tower these movies have atmos playback. The ones I listed above are HDR Dolby Digital + and playback non UHD.

        Despicable Me 3 is currently only available in 4K Dolby Vision (and SDR), and Samsung supports HDR10 but not Dolby Vision. We are working on adding more titles in HDR10 after our launch in November.

        The lack of sound of course is not expected (both Despicable Me 3 and Geostorm UHD are DD+ 5.1, as are the HDX), we will need to investigate further.
