    No Video - Only Audio & Captions

    We have 2 Roku systems. On Roku1, vudu works perfectly. On Roku2, vudu plays audio but no video. If you pause & arrow up you can see the scene boxes but when you hit play it’s a purple screen. I have tried setting the playback quality to UHD, HDX, and SD. Each attempt still produces a purple screen instead of video. I’d be grateful for any suggestions how can I resolve this issue.

    Have you tried resetting your Roku back to factory default state, power-cycling the Roku (unplugging from the power and waiting a minute)? Is there a pending update available for that Roku?
