I'm noticing a few problems with the Vudu app and the Netflix app on my Boxee Box. When I first used the Boxee Box, both apps worked fine, but now the same issues plaguing one, plagues the other. I'll stick with Vudu going forward now. For someone reason Vudu seems to decided after a certain amount of time, that I suddenly have an issue connecting to the Vudu service. Nothing on my network has changed from the days and weeks prior when I connected just fine. Now, I am either getting a failed to fetch/launch, or currently, the error code 28, which outputs the following information:

All my other boxee box apps have no problem connecting. I read on these forums that I should set my device to the DMZ. Because I don't have a specific setting on my Airport Extreme called "DMZ", I researched and figured out where this setting is at. I enabled it and set boxee up to use the new setting. Again, all my other apps on my boxee box connect online just fine, but still, Vudu does not. The first time this happened, I contacted Boxee and they had me do a full reset of my system and a manual update. I did that and everything worked fine until today (7-2-2011). Constantly doing resets every 2-3 weeks is not ideal.
Further, I notice that when Vudu and Netflix are having these isssues, this conflict starts causing Boxee to act as if it my wireless network went down as a result. So, Boxee begins to state that my connection is no longer available and then seconds later, it reconnects and states that the connection is available. If I do not use these two apps, none of these issues happen. I am lost what to do going forward.
What I have done:
1. Reset
2. Removed my account and re-initiated it
3. Removed Vudu and Netflix from my favorites and re-added them to force a download of the application
4. Constant shutdowns and restarts
5. Cleared my account data for both apps on the boxee box
My network setup:
I have a 20 mbps down and 2mbps up
I am using an Apple Aiport Extreme device
I have an iphone on this network that has remained connected and I even streamed a movie via netflix during these issues with no problems.
Please, I realize I am not going to receive support for Netflix, so I don't need to hear about this not being the forum about Netflix, I simply included the app, because the SAME issues happening with Vudu are happening with Netflix and thus, vice-versa.
