Ditto that. I have one and it's a pretty nice piece of equipment.

Supposed selling on eBay, or donating and taking the tax right off.

You can get a used / new 3D blu-ray for about the same money and step-up to 3D, 7.1 Audio, and more advanced / easier remote control.

      Just my 2 cents.

Having the box is and was the only way to download and watch HDX if your Internet connection isn't fast enough. No other device can buffer to a hard drive...

Actually, the PS3 and the WD Live Hub can also download.

Not true. PlayStation, Western Digital Live, Windows & Mac Computers, some Phones and Tablets allow buffering.

As for HDX buffering PS3 and Western Digital Live offer for sure. For the most part you can download HDX to computers now a days.

The rest might be SD only.

I have had a number of Blu-Ray players that would "buffer" an HDX movie when it encountered a streaming problem, even though they would allow downloading of the whole thing. When I plugged a USB thumb drive into the blu-ray it made a huge difference.

As long as there is enough memory in the device / streamer I've had no issue with HDX by starting streaming, pressing pause, and walking away for am when. When I come back I have no problems. However once the movie ends and get the vudu screen to rate the movie it's cleared out.
