ROKU 4 Ultra VUDU invalid email/password message when trying to log in

    ROKU 4 Ultra VUDU invalid email/password message when trying to log in

    Trying to log in on my account with the Roku Ultra but no luck !

    I get an invalid email/password message everytime I try to log in.

    I am using exactly the same email/password for my tablet, web browser, and my phone and I have absolutely no problem to connect.

    I saw that some NVIDIA SHIELD users experienced the exact same problem and that they should upgrade to the latest firmware.

    What about the Roku 4 Ultra ?

      I'm having the exact same issue on my Roku 4.

      - credentials work fine on other devices (PC, mac, smart tv, xbox)
      - my device allocation is 3/8

        I appears you're trying to access Vudu from outside of the United States using a proxy. Vudu is only available within the United States. VPNs and proxies are not allowed as well.

          I have the same problem. Got a new ROKU 4 Ultra, and tried to establish a VUDU account. VUDI gives me an error message: "Invalid Email". I am using earthlink.net as my email server, and as far as I know, it is not outside the U.S. I wrote VUDU on 2/25/18, but only got an acknowledgement: "Thank you for contacting Vudu Customer Care. Your email is important to us and we will respond to you shortly". It has been a little longer than "shortly".
