    I will try streaming from my Xbox tonight and see if I can replicate this. I was able to stream other UHD and HDX content this weekend with no issues at all. I'm on the Preview Alpha Skip-Ahead update as well. Are you in the preview program? If so, which level are you registered at?

      Ok, I was able to replicate this issue as well from my Xbox One X with Only The Brave. I was also having issues with the same movie on my TCL 55P607 TV as well. Guessing this is an encoding issue of some kind. I'll let the proper teams know about this, thanks.

          Same issues across multiple platforms. Smart tvs, xbox one x, android devices. And yes, comcast is my isp.

            For those on Comcast, we are working with them to resolve an issue with certain titles - we have identified 4-5 so far that are being fixed. If you are on Comcast and have a problem streaming a specific title feel free to list it here and we will forward it on to be investigated (if you can't stream *anything* or are not on Comcast, it's likely not this issue).

                I believe a change was made to fix this on Friday evening. Are you still seeing an issue? (Note only relevant if you have Comcast as your ISP).

                  I'm having the same playback issues across multiple titles. Comcast is my provider. Here are the titles I know so far:

                  Rocky IV
                  Les Miserables
                  Lady in the Water
                  Gangs of New York

                  It's terribly frustrating to experience this on purchased titles. Perfect internet signal, hard resets, cleared devices, and reinstalled.

                      I am having this same issue. All my 4k movies cause this issue. My ISP is Xfinity by comcast. I have read and done what the other people on this post have done the restarts hard resets uninstall re install and nothing fixes the issue. I can watch all my vudu content in HD just fine. My xbox was working great to play the 4k movies and now this. Please help. I have my xbox connected to the modem and get 600-700mbps so I know it's not the internet speed.

                      please help.

                        I'm having this error on my Xbox One X while trying to watch The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey. Yes I've tried all the troubleshooting steps. What is the cause of this error and how can it be solved?

                          I'm now having the same issues. Can now no longer watch any UHD movie on my Xbox One S. My ISP is Comcast also...

                            What issue exactly are you experiencing? Have you gone through some of the basic troubleshooting steps like rebooting your network equipment?

                              Hey Felipe, Gone through all the steps. When I go to play a 4K title can watch maybe 10-15 mins sometimes longer movie will stop and will not re-load no matter what I do. I monitor my speeds... normal appx 180 down. Only on the Xbox One S. Can watch Amazon UHD HDR with zero issues only VUDU. Can watch any title in HDX...try UHD and 100% will stop. Doesn't matter time or day.

                                Can you please try deleting and reinstalling the Vudu app and see if that helps with your issue.
