    Cancelling To Close Fund

    Nothing to see here.

    Re: Cancelling To Close Fund

For devices, you only get about a month to use the credits
For promotional credits (ie: Pepsi Promotion), you have about a year to use them.

If you don't use them, you don't use them and they expire =(. It did state in red that they would be expiring on XX/XX/2012 =\. Not trying to be rude, but I lost some credits as well because I couldn't find anything to buy. If they do a favor for someone, then they should in essence do the favor for everyone else. The expiration dates are there for a reason =X

I've contacted support and PM'd Moderators about confusing expiration dates but no help. I had a $5.99 credit for adding a device. My "Balance & History" stated the credit expired on 10/29/12. I logged in on 10/29/12 to rent a movie and the credit was gone.

Hey, is it just me or is an expiration date supposed to be good on the day it expires and invalid on the very next day? No so here - my credit actually expired on 10/28/12 - one day early.

On 10/28 the credit is usable. On 10/29 it is expired. They stated it right.

Hey, I guess I am basing my expiration date experience like everything else in life. My drivers license, a store or manufactors coupon, a store sale, etc. All those things all valid the day of the expiration date and invalid the day after the expiration date. That's universal.

I guess it isn't, but now you know.
