Browser crashed on redemption page prior to redemption and have code says invalid now

I was attempting to redeem a WWE Wrestlemania code by visiting www.vudu.com/digitalcopy. I entered the code in the text box and click submit and I was presented with a page to select a Wrestlemania event. Right then, my browser crashed without me selecting an event and hitting Redeem. Now, when I try to redeem the code it says the code you have entered is invalid.

Any chance of me getting this code back? Thank you.

Just checking - a show is not in your account is it? You may have to look under the TV tab. Otherwise file a support ticket.

I entered the code on www.vudu.com/digitalcopy and hit submit. It presented me with a page to select a WM and hit redeem. I never got a chance to select a show and hit redeem since my browser crashed. I'm not sure what will show up since I never actually selected an event. I'll file a support ticket. Thanks.

I contacted Customer support and they told me to look under account info and there I found an option to retrieve the code. I was then able to redeem the code. Thanks for your help.
