Thank you. I used the search function and could not locate a thread on it, so I posted this.

Good detailed article. So this is a MAC issue and not a coding issue with VUDU? If there are any fixes, will it have to be externally of VUDU, such as with MAC or Adobe?

And what about getting this error on a PC? I'm using Windows 7, have a dual monitor setup - one on HDMI the other DVI.

Make sure your video card is HDCP compliant. If it is, make sure you have the latest driver installed for it. Also double check your monitors are HDCP compliant as well.

I have this error showing up as of last night when I was able to play movies in VUDU to GO fine as recently as 3 days ago. Now all I get is this error #3342 with my VUDU to go. Very frustrating. I have Windows 10 Pro, GTX 680, and an LG HDTV. I was able to play them fine now it wont any longer. Please tell me what I can do. I looked at the other article and I am not on a MAC and again... I have been able to play the movies in VUDU to GO just fine until this last time I wanted to watch one and have not been able to get it to work. I am very frustrated by this as I even bought a 3TB HD to be able to have my whole collection at a click. Now for no reason at all as far as I can tell it just wont cooperate.
