New to Vudu to Go on Mac, need help

I have downloaded the Vudu to Go desktop app to my MacBook Pro and redeemed a few UV movie codes from my Blu-ray discs. I am experiencing playback error code 15 when trying to watch "Premium Rush." I am not experiencing this error with any other title.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Have you restarted your internet connection?
Are you trying to connect from the United States? Are you using a VPN connection?

If a restart of your network and you are indeed within the United States then please contact customer cares since this is going to require some troubleshooting.

What is the Vudu to Go desktop app about?

I have an IMac - do I need it?

      Thanks!

This allows you to scan your DVDs and add them to your account.

It's not just for disc-to-digital (which only worked with certain titles, not everything in Vudu's collection). Vudu To Go is also good for when you know your computer might be offline. I have it on my MacBook Pro, and I've used it to download movies before I travel so I can watch them offline on a plane or a train, or just to avoid hotel internet charges or to avoid streaming a movie on public wifi, where it's often slow.

I recommend downloading the OSX version and testing it out.
