To begin, I apologize if some of these questions could be answered elsewhere, but I have several and could use some help with each one!

Firstly - I have purchased several movies off of Vudu. I recently got a new computer that is rather nice. For some reason whenever I play a movie that I have downloaded, the video is skipping. I am quite certain it is not my computer (unless it is some kind of setting issue), as iTunes, Netflix, and DVD/BluRay movies play great WHILE I'm playing other games on my second screen. Yet, any movie I play in Vudu, especially downloaded, skips on the primary screen with nothing else even on. Anyone else having this issue?

Secondly - Secondary to the first problem, I downloaded a movie I had purchased on Vudu to prevent an over consumption of my bandwidth so I could play games while watching a movie. The movie needs to "buffer". If I downloaded it, why is the movie needing to buffer?

Thirdly - An all-too-common problem...But I have several movies that VuduToGo will not recognize as "valid" so I can upload them to My Purchases. Is taking them to Wal-Mart the only answer? It isn't that big of a deal, on paper, but I have wasted several hours at Wal-Mart trying to convert DVDs, only to come back later and they tell me their system is down, or they can't take my movies right now, or whatever.

Thanks to anybody who can help with these problems!
