Apologies for issues you are having, and tickets should not be closed without some resolution or answer. We have been unable to reproduce the loading/slowness issue so far (I have the same TV at home and it has no problems), we are actively investigating, and it is a priority to find the cause.

I have LG 55e6 that will not play Vudu app at all since Christmas. I can get to the menu where you hit play but buffs like crazy and will not play movie. Every app on the TV works except VUDU

Does it load up and let you use the app without issues (other than playing a movie)? If so, it's likely a different issue from other reported in this topic.

Also, when it fails to play do you ever see the video? Or does it never even start playing?

I am having the same issue on my LG OLEDB7 TV. I can use the app, but never see video when I try to play a movie, it just buffers forever. I can watch trailers but only in SD. My other webos apps work fine at 4k quality.

Yes I can use app and I can select movie. Movie will play for a few secs then go into buffering. Signal bar only shows 1 which is odd since everything else in different apps show full bars

I own a LG B6 and can no longer play movies. I bought Justice League a few weeks ago and was able to play it fine at 4k. I bought The Last Jedi a few days ago and was unable to play even at SD but my other movies were working. After a reinstall of the vudu app none of my movies are working now. The trailers play without a problem. Not sure if it's an issue with my tv software or vudu. I have a roku that plays everything fine but is not dolby vision compatible.

I?m having a similar issue. I?ve played 4K content fine on m LG65 inch for months now. Suddenly i bought jumanji 4K and now i can?t load anything. I can?t stream anything even at SD. It all works great on my phone or iPad so it?s not m internet. I uninstalled and tried a fresh vudu app install on the tv but nothing. Pretty frustrated as it?s been days now and i can?t watch a movie that i paid for.

Having the same issue on LG B7 since yesterday. App loads, can browse movies, but when a movie is selected to play, it buffers forever. Sometimes gives the option to switch to SD but that still leads to buffering forever. Unable to actually watch anything. Have tried power cycling TV, rebooting router, uninstalling Vudu app, etc. No luck.

For those who can't play anything (even SD) - can you try some movie trailers like nico1973 did? If trailers play but movies don't, it could be a DRM issue with the LG TV, in which case we will escalate with LG.

Jake, I am having the same problem with the Vudu app on my LG TV. Neither Coco nor the Last Jedi would play at all, but the trailer for Coco played OK. I switched to Netflix and was able to stream a 4K movie without incident.

Own jumanji. Get player error (network error)...try again later when trying to view trailer. Movie starts fine. Obtained digital copy from code in 4K combo pack

Andromeda TV series. All seasons bought direct from VUDU. Slow to load main page. Only season 5 actually shows up on right side to choose from. Selected season 5. No episodes show up. All seasons link and all episodes link show nothing. Cast and crew link pops right up. On left side, link to "own" is visible despite already owning it. Back up to series page, "own" changes to "rate" and all seasons are finally displayed. Scroll down to another season and select. Again, "rate" changes to "own" yet episodes are displayed on the right. Select an episode and it starts.

Tv is an LG 65" oled curve 3D and 4K

                            Good luck figuring this out!

I can?t get anything to come up, just the blue background. So no I can?t get trailers to play.

I am in the Samsung 4K TV boat. Every other app works flawlessly, no lagging. As soon as I play a movie in VUDU it lags every few seconds and seems to knock my network offline, eventually it will error out and say I'm not connected to network. Vudu through Xbox 1 works great. Only issues are using VUDU with the Samsung App.
