I have an Arris Surfboard SB6190 and I cant get anything to load period. Not the main menu, no movies, no trailers. I bought the modem last summer and didn?t have any problems with Vudu until November when everything went to hell for us LG users. I find it hard to believe that the modem is to blame for this...but, I?m glad that you are able to use the service again. I just hope that Vudu will get off their butts and find a fix for everyone else.

Five months in and no resolution doesn't really qualify as ASAP. Completely unacceptable. Fix it.

I just purchased (05-01) a 2017 86" lg for my theater room. I have a Sony 850D 75" in my den. The Sony is fed by a Roku Premier + and works fine. The LG was working ok right after I first powered it up. VUDU worked perfectly! Dolby Vision and Atmos showing UHD content. It appears the TV auto upgraded it's software. (It was showing message about not powering down due to software upgrade) . Not sure that was an LG upgrade or a VUDU upgrade! As a result I now have all the problems listed here in this forum. I bought the LG to watch my UHD content in Dolby vision, since my 2016 Sony will not play Dolby vision. FandangoNow works fine. I don't use Netflix or Amazon. All devices are via Ethernet hardwire connections. I have 1180 movies on VUDU. I hope you and LG can fix this quickly, because I don't think a $4000 tv should act this way!

Its been 6 months I have given up hope that Vudu and LG can fix this problem. Vudu now supports UHD on Apple 4k tv and have decided to go that route rather than grow old waiting for them to fix this issue.

Be patient Young Grasshopper..it took that same 6 months to get a fix for the CCU and it happened...so I see a bright sunshine in your future.

                Hi JP,

Would you happen to have the firmware version that was running on the C7000 modems you had issues with? We tested the C7000 while on Comcast on a 2016 LG OLED TV and i haven't had any trouble streaming Coco UHD. If possible i wanted to compare the version number on your modem and on ours.

                    Thanks JP,

Do you recall if you had changed any of the modem settings from the defaults?

How Awesome is the vudu 4k Stream? You guys are lucky to have it. The LG OLED 2015 65ef9500 doesn't support VUDU. i'm still upset about it.

That's the same OLED I have but I have other devices in that room attached to the LG TV that can do 4k HDR Vudu (Apple TV 4k and the FireTV).

Honestly it use to be freaking awesome. I say use to be, since I haven?t been able to watch a movie on the native LG app since November of last year.

Come on Vudu. Get off your butts and just fix the freaking app.

                            Hello Faydar,

We put in a potential fix for the issues about posters not loading and movies not starting. Please try the new Vudu App widget version 229932 and let us know if you see any improvements.

LG is publishing on Monday 05/14/18 at 5pm PDT.

                            Thanks

What is going on???? LG B7 updated vudu app to latest version and now I can't stream a single 4k movie without buffering interrupts every 5-10 seconds. I have mediacom 1gb so speed is not an issue.
