Unable to play VUDU movies on WD TV Live Hub

    Unable to play VUDU movies on WD TV Live Hub

    Recently I have been unable to play any VUDU movies in my library. I can't even view trailers or previews of movies. I'm not getting any errors and network test with no problems. When I select a movie to watch, it buffers and then goes to a blank screen where you wait and wait. If I select a chapters or fast forward, I can see the scenes but as soon as I go back to play, blank screen, no sound, no nothing. I even deactivated my WD TV Live Hub and reactivated it, but still had no affect. I don't have an issue viewing my VUDU movies using my XBOX or Samsung Blu-ray player. I can view movies in Netflix and Amazon Prime, it's just VUDU movies that I can't see. I was able to view my movies up till about a month ago, and nothing since. I even checked WD to see if I needed to update the firmware on the WD TV Live Hub, but is says that I have the latest version and there are no updates. I am ready to chunk this thing in the trash! I can't be the only one that has this issue, or am I?

    I'll check the WD that we have here to see if I have the same issue. Have you created a support ticket with us?
