Oppo BDP-95 no longer working with Vudu

I went to rent a movie and fired up my Oppo-BDP95 where I usually run Vudu in the home theater.
It no longer works - the Vudu app just reports loading ... loading ... loading and never gets to the first screen showing movie choices.
It worked fine a week or so ago. It is the only device I run Vudu on and rent movies. My streaming speed was outstanding following a Vudu fix last September when connection speed took a hit. Vudu fixed it on their end. Looks like another fix is needed. Please help. I like spending money renting movies from Vudu ...

Have you already tried power-cycling your Oppo? PM me the email address on Vudu if you continue to have issues.

I have the exact same issue with my oppo 93 and it started about the same time (december 2017) and have not been able to watch vudu on it since. Stalls on loading... I spent 3 days with oppo and comcast and they determined it was a vudu problem. I have unresolved vudu incident [Incident: 171221-000535]. See notes this might be a location issue and/or problem with a server in the ping route. I live in Houston and vudu does not work on the oppo on 2 different ISPs I?ve tried in the city (Comcast and Logix) but when I take the oppo down to Galveston, vudu works on it with Comcast ISP. In Houston (same internet connection as Oppo player) vudu works on my Sony TV. Please help get this fixed ASAP: play Vudu on Oppo 93 in Houston.

I'll take a look at your case and see what I can do. Can you also update your ticket with your public IP address in Houston, thanks.

FelipeF, any update on this issue? Vudu still not working in Houston on Oppo 93 Vudu App.

Also is there any way you can get in touch with mjz5098 above to find out where he lived and if he solved his issue which is looks like same as mine? Oppo said this morning that they have contacted Vudu so if you can intercept their inquiry and add it to this incident it would be helpful.
