    VUDU SERVICE NOT STARTING UP ON ROKU

    Here I am again so soon on the Forum. VUDU will not start up on both of my Roku Ultra's. The APP says it's loading and then says "running vudu movies" and then goes right back to the loading screen. The APP does this in a continuous loop. I have a day off, I own close to 900 movies and can't watch from the Roku Ultra. I copied a link below from a post in another part of the forum with same issue. And the person got NO RESPONSE from any of the forum moderator's OR engineers? Is it OK for your customers not to be able to access their movies from your service? What is going on concerning the constant services issues every month or so? And don't tell me to contact customer service. Have you seen the post of how competent your customer service is? And that isn't anything new. I've been around these parts for years and can validate how utterly incompetent Vudu's customer service is. This issue better get fixed right quick. Fed up.

    I too am having this problem tonight on my Roku 3. Keeps looping. It happened a while ago too and someone on here from Vudu took care of it. Hope that happens again.

      Exact same issue here as well. Just an endless cycle of 'Loading' 'Initializing' then 'Running'...Resets then repeats - over and over and over. I've tried deleting the app, reinstalling. Even removed the device from my account then re-added it...nothing changed. Completely unable to access VUDU via Roku at the moment.

        Not working for me tonight either. Endless loop when I try to access Vudu on my Roku Premiere+.

        Model: 4630x - Roku Premirre+
        Software version: 8.0.1 build 4090-29
