      I am having the same issue. It's random, but happens more frequent with Instawatch movies. I also have Sony Blue Ray Players, but this occurs on my LG Blue Ray players also. Some days I never get it. Other days I will get the message 1-4 times a movie.

        I too am getting this message in the last few weeks. Just upgraded my SONY BR player to the 6500.

        Due to another issue, my UV account did become unlinked and I have relinked it up and still get the message. twice tonight on two movies I did D2D on today.

        Going to try it on a purchased movie next. I will update if it happens there as well.

        Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

                The only action you've taken so far is to delete some of my postings. Take that energy and put it in to fixing this issue.

                  Is there any answer to this? It is very annoying to have the pop-up show up in the middle of every movie we watch. Please let me know how to get rid of this issue!

                        I am having the same issues and I've had VUDI for several years now.
                        The issue of getting interruptions during the movie because of Ultraviolet account synch is UNACCEPTABLE. This continues to happen after I unlink and relink.

                        What are you guys doing about this problem that I see to be common with many other of your customers?
                        The movie shown in the picture I have had for years in my account.

                                Looks like a fix is on the way!! GOOD NEWS!!!

                                Thank you all for helping to identify and narrow this issue down to our 2015 BD model players. With your feedback we were able to replicate and after review, our software designers determined the root cause for the message "Ultraviolet Account Required" after 64 minutes of playback.

                                This condition will be resolved in the next firmware version release (M25.R.0218) that is tenatively scheduled for mid-May. Please note that firmware release schedules are subject to change.

                                Again, I thank you for your feedback and support, and apologize for any inconvenience that this condition has caused.
