TV season purchase is missing episodes

    TV season purchase is missing episodes

    Picked up forever season 1 from your tv season finale sale and I can see all the episodes but the other members in my uv library are missing 3 of the episodes. When you go to the sale page and hover the mouse over the season it shows the uv icon, and when completing the purchase there was a message that this item was being added to the ultraviolet library.

    I noticed when you click on the 3 missing episodes that none of them have the uv logo even though the complete season does. For some reason the individual episodes were inserted into the uv library instead of one entry for the whole season. Is there a way you can add the missing episodes season 1 episode 14, season 1 episode 16, season 1 episode 22 to ultraviolet? Thanks for your help

    noticed on Gotham that the season finale is not UV either and does not get put in UV library or transfer from accounts, is there an ETA on this when it'll be UV, just wondering is all, and noticed last 3 episodes of Flash same thing but not purchased yet, and going to hold out even though on sale, because of this......

      I tried to open a support ticket about the missing episodes but was told these 3 missing episodes are not Ultraviolet, and they basically told me that I should have looked for the Ultraviolet symbol before making the purchase and closed my support ticket!

      Well, I'm not sure they read my original message because I said I did exactly that and saw the logo!

      In fact here is the picture of the logo right on the tv show:



      And here is the vudu site confirming that the tv season is indeed ultraviolet when making the purchase:



      It doesn't say that you will get part of the season in ultraviolet. It seems like the purchase should have added a single "season 1" entry to the UV library instead of a bunch of episodes.. Single episodes are fine, but there are still 3 missing

      I guess I can write back to the support ticket with this information, but I am not hopeful

      Is there anyway someone can check on this for me? Thanks for your help

        In this case I would ask for a refund and wait until all episodes are there before making another purchase of this one.

          Thanks for the suggestion! I'm definitely keeping it no matter what, who knows if it will go on sale again!

          But good news!!

          Support reached out to me on my ticket and said they will look in to it !!

          It looks like they were even able to add the ultraviolet rights to one of the 3 episodes so far and I have every faith that the other 2 will make it eventually.

          Thanks for all the help and a big giant thumbs up and greatest appreciation goes out to Dave H on the the support team for reaching out to me and getting this to the right place

            Just wanted to say that all of the episodes have transferred to ultraviolet now!
