Are there other VUDU users experiencing black screens while streaming to their PCs?
For those of us seeing black screens, VUDU Tech Support is asking us to run some tests and submit test data.

Hello Gary,
There really isn't much that is known about this error and it seems to be an internal error with the adobe flash player plugin. We are working closely with adobe to try to get this issue resolved.
If you could provide us with the following information it would greatly aid in our investigation on this issue. We would like to collect a dxdiag from your computer.
To run the dxdiag application please follow the steps below.
On Windows XP this is Start Menu -> Run. On Windows Vista/7 it is under Start-> Find. You will enter dxdiag and the application should be listed.
This may take a little bit of time to load. Once it has finished select "Save all information" and save the file as a txt file in an easily accessible location.
Please send the file as an attachment to a reply to this email. Once we have received this information we will have this issue forwarded to the proper department for further investigation.
We greatly appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter.
Best regards,
Odayne

Andrew,
I have tried latest versions of IE and Firefox, and the latest version of Flash -- on both my XP desktop AND Win 7 laptop.
Since Alyssa, VUDU Customer Care, has advised....
?We have noticed an increased amount of similar incidences of getting a black screen during website playback."
With so many users reporting this issue, per Alyssa, is there no resolution yet?
Regards,
G Johnson

Movies were streaming fine -- for months --until today. Trailers for movies play fine just not movies. Download speed tests at 27 MBps. No streaming today on either desktop (XP Pro) or laptop (Win 7). Streaming of movies fine via ROKU to HDTV. Help!
