    Can't login to Android tv

    When trying to login to my Sony Bravia X900E I keep getting the following message. Unable to login. Please check your information and try again. I have no problem logging to any other device. I even called customer service. They suggested I change password. Didn't work. They also suggested making a new account still can't login. I've tried clearing cache and data. Still can't login. Can't uninstall app because it's baked into the tv software .Called Sony they was unable to help.

    Are you using a VPN/proxy by any chance? Do other apps on your TV have any connectivity issues?

      I'm having the exact same issue with my x900e as well!! I'm currently in a back and forth email exchange with the higher up tech guys at Vudu. If I have any luck I'll let you know. Let me know if you figure it out as well! I'm not using VPN or proxy and all my other tv apps connect and work perfectly! Did the Android TV version of Vudu push an update recently?

          Got mine to work! Had to factory reset the tv

            Are there any other way without doing a factory reset? I?m having the same issue after I did the system update.

              Im unable to login with my sony 900f...oreo...case is being sent to higher tech.

                I was able to sign in after installing the android tv remote on my phone and signed in using the keyboard
