    What the heck is going on with Goldeneye redemption?

    I purchased the Ultimate James Bond collection on Blu Ray, which included all 23 Bond films in Ultraviolet HD copies. I redeemed the movies in Flixster, as I was advised that this would place the movies in my Vudu account individually, instead of one icon for the entire collection I'd have to search through. All the movies ported over to Ultraviolet, and then Vudu, except Goldeneye. Golden is in my Ultraviolet account, but it tells me I need to buy it in Vudu. On December 15th--18 days ago--I created a ticket with Ultraviolet. They immediately escalated it to Vudu support, and I got a "hey, we'll let you know when we hear something" email back.

    I called Vudu support a week ago, and was told it was a code issue with the studio. The normal time to take care of something like this is 3-5 days, but because of the holidays, it would take a few days longer.

    The holidays are over. I keep asking for an update to this issue, and it's falling on deaf ears. How hard is it to call the studio, tell them the problem, and get it updated in the system? I know other people are having this issue.

    What gives, Vudu?

    go to flixster support and do a live chat with someone there its possible they can fix this from there end.
