Can't stream vudu for longer than a minute on my roku device.

    Can't stream vudu for longer than a minute on my roku device.

    When i try to stream on my roku device it doesn't work for longer than a minute, it starts buffering and won't work. All other apps stream just fine only vudu is having issues, i pre ordered movies I'd like to watch but can't I'm extremly disappointed... So what's wrong with vudu, kinda want to watch my movies since not all of them go to movies anywhere which streams perfectly... HELP PLEASE!

    I?m encountering the same issues as others within. This thread. I have over 100mbs download speeds and have one box that I use with direct wired and others wireless different devices. All of which pose the same issues with buffering and continually reloading the movie. Doesn?t matter whether or not it?s hdx or sd.
    I don?t experience these problems with any of these devices with YouTube streaming, Netflix, amazon prime, etc...
    any updates on this issue?

    I posted the post below almost a month ago. With a screen shot of what has been happening on VUDU's service since around 6-23. It got better for about a week and then started all over again. Same error box popping up when trying to access VUDU from both of my Roku Ultra's. AND my Samsung TVS. Can't access VUDU.

    The error box I posted in the screen shot pops up randomly throughout the day. Every day. Just happened 10 minutes ago but now the service is working but it doesn't work consistently. I have 986 movies that I paid good money for and I want access to those movies. Nobody ever got back to us on the original post below with any explanation as to what is going on.

      Hi Felipe,

      I cannot access Vudu's service at all on any of my devices. Off and on. I keep getting this error message "SORRY, VUDU IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER". Screen shot of error message posted below.

      Also when trying to access VUDU's website from two different computers, the website will not come up. This has also been happening off and on.

      We watch hours and hours of Vudu day and Not having this issue. Running multiple Roku Ultras, some of the current sticks and several older models. Switch between FIOS and Charter depending on location.

        The "SERVICE UNAVAILABLE" has been going on for more than a month for some of us. The firmware version for both my ULTRA'S 9.1.0 BUILD 4111-29

        And the UHD folder on both of my Ultra's say the movie count is only 600. Did 81 UHD movies for sale just disappear? On both devices? On the Samsung TVS the UHD Folder movie count is 681. 681 is the correct count. Just a few days ago my ULTRA'S had the same UHD FOLDER MOVIE count as the Samsung TVS. I view the UHD folder on ALL devices every day checking for new movies added. Always watching the count to find new UHD movies for sale.

        I also have access to a 3D MOVIE FOLDER that I've never had before on the ULTRA's but not my Samsung TVS. I don't have 3D TVS. Very weird the services are not matching on ULTRA's and the Samsung TVS. Always have before. Until yesterday. I've had my TVS and the ULTRA's for a few years. Firmware is up to date.

        I don't have FIOS. I work for my Internet provider. I have expensive equipment. Including my own router with antenna's sticking out everywhere. There has been an ongoing service issue with VUDU for some of us. This isn't the first time.
