Multiple corrupt digital copies audio/visual glitches

My HD digital copy of The Negotiator stalls and locks up at 2h4m19s and will only resume in SD format, regardless on which device I attempt to view the HD version. I've tried XBOX VUDU, iPad VUDU, Dell Alienware laptop VUDU, even iPhone VUDU, with the same result at exactly the same time stamp on all devices. It's annoying.

Also, while watching the remastered Star Trek: The Original Series certain apparently random episodes of each season apparently play the opening Voice Over intro on the secondary audio channel, while the theme music plays on the primary audio channel, drowning out the iconic voice-over intro 'Space... the final frontier...'

Similar audio trickery occurs for a few minutes in the first 30 minutes of Star Trek: The Motion Picture. It's the scene where Kirk first meets Dekker in Engineering to inform Dekker that Kirk is taking command... the Engineering Room background audio mechanical humming and whatever music queues exist drown out the voice acting audio for the entirety of the scene.

Should I make separate posts for each of these issues? Does it matter? will these concerns be addressed? from browsing similar complaints, it doesn't seem like much gets fixed...

If you can list the episodes that have this issue, that would be very helpful in getting this fixed.
