Cant watch trailer, UHD, says hdcp 2.2 disabled

I have Samsung KS8000, Roku 4, etc. UHD works on everything else but this, help please.

Can you try using a different HDMI port on your TV? Depending on the TV make and model, not all HDMI ports are HDCP 2.2 enabled or have HDCP 2.2.

This is a bit of a hack, but: try hitting 'ok' on the HDCP error message and see if it continues to play.

There is known problem with the Roku4 where it can take too long to negotiate HDCP 2.2 with some TVs (especially if 4K 10 bit color mode is enabled). But often if this happens the movie will continue to play since it's just an initial timing issue.

OK, and all of my ports are 2.2 hdcp per Samsung, does that sound correct to you?

        I have the new 2016 KS8000 model.

OH, it continues to play but it says it is playing in 1080p or some message like that, HDX maybe

BTW, on my TV app, not ROKU, your pages dont even show UHD titles

So the VUDU app on the tv doesnt show uhd titles

I have and use both ROKU and the tv, and both have issues as you can see

I have been told by Samsung my brand new, 2016 KS8000 series has all 4 inputs as 2.2.

As you can see from below, this issue is on roku, on the tv app for Vudu there isnt even any UHD titles appearing.

Deleting your app and reinstalling cant be done either

Lately I've been getting an HDCP 2.2 message when trying to play UHD movies on my non 4k set, then the error message goes away and then it starts playing HDX,

It's not a big deal but it's kind of jarring to have it pop up. Not very polished experience.
