Playback errors and other stuff..any insight??

Problem #1. I bought a few series bundles on sale. The auto play barely works with the site. It will play maybe 2-3 episodes then it will go to a screen to rate the episode. That’s whatever. However when I go to play the episodes they literally won’t play. I have to exit the app completely to get the shows to play. Very very annoying. Is there something wrong on my end or is the Vudu app just screwed up?

Problem #2. I have bought several movies and such and they transferred automatically to all site I have connected. Movies Anywhere, Prime even YouTube. However the TV series I bought didn’t not go anywhere else. Can anyone answer why? Movies to Movies Anywhere I understand, but not to be able to watch through Prime (which I believe would a better platform anyway) has me boggled. If I had known I could only watch through Vudu, I may not have bought TV shows

MoviesAnywhere is for movies; hence the name. TV shows are (typically) not MA eligible. Since you didn't mention the show title did you check to confirm it had a MA logo on it. If not its not MA then it won’t transfer.

I understand Movies Anywhere are for movies. I did actually say that in my post. I am wondering why nothing transferred to my Prime account like everything else does. And I have had a previous TV show transfer to prime

Certain eligible movies that partake in the MA ecosystem will transfer over. TV shows are not MA eligible. Whether or not this will be supported in the future remains to be seen. Amazon was never a UltraViolet partner so that's where the confusion lies.
