Hello again, back with another slight issue (different than last time) that is most likely due to the massive amount of movies / tv series that are in my VUDU library. FelipeF this is on a different email account (you banned my main email from the forums).
This has been happening for a while now where when I turn on the VUDU app on various devices (PS3 / PS4 / Samsung TV / random Bluray Player / Roku 3 / Roku Ultra [2018]), upon startup, it takes about 15 seconds to show any movies that I own. This also creates an issue for any items in my watchlist where if I attempt to resume a video, it will prompt me with "This title can no longer be watched. Rent or Buy to continue watching.".
I thought that this was due to the Roku / TV / PS3 having low RAM, but it's reported that the Roku Ultra (2020) has 2GB of RAM so this has me a little perplexed. The the issue though is at least consistent when it comes to the Roku product line as the Premiere and new Ultra both seem to load my movie collection in at the same amount of time. It's gotten to the point where we basically turn vudu on and leave the room to have the movies load up, slightly annoying to me, but my family members are more annoyed. I figure might as well bring it up to possibly get it fixed for us / save you the hassle from another family complaining later, lol.
I have full videos, but due to device and account information being shown, I'd however feel safer placing those in a ticket. For the meantime, here's some gifs. Sorry for the 6 second gif, it's all the app would allow me to create. It's super fast, but shows the issue at least at a glance.
This issue is not apparent on the PS5, which makes this the first device (other than the PC) that has loaded properly in a long while.
