UHD Movies Won't Play on Roku App

First, this is not occurring with other services. Amazon, netflix, etc all stream UHD content perfectly fine with no issues. I purchased the Godfather UHD box set and just redeemed my codes. Vudu app will maybe play for about 3 seconds and then pop up an error that my network speed is insufficient and urges me to change to HDX or SD.

Internet speed is currently sitting at about 380Mbps (roku shows 48Mbps; I've switched between my 2.5ghz and 5ghz bands and this does not change; router is in the same room as the tv). I've checked for updates for both the system software and for the app and there are none available.

Roku app is version 1.3 build 339168
Roku TV is TCL Model 43S517 software version 10.5.0 build 4210-30

This is something that has come and gone over the years. There’s been lots of posts. Usually best to talk to support on the phone and get to technical support.

in my case it usually just goes away.

We have found the issue that was preventing certain customers from streaming their content. There is an issue with a certain ISP's CDN server that was preventing playback. We have removed that server while the ISP resolves their issue. You should now be able to view you content as normal, sorry for the inconvenience.

It feels like this exact same issue is occurring for me right now. I can play HDX titles fine, but UHD gives an error about insufficient network speed. All other streaming services work fine. Is there something up with another ISP CDN?

                Why does no one respond?
