    UPDATE FYI 4-19---UNABLE TO LOGIN TO VUDU NEW APPLE TV 4K 64 GB

    UPDATE: I ordered a new APPLE TV 4K 64 GB box I received on Easter Sunday and was able to sign into my VUDU ACCT. All working fine.

    But what I discovered about the box that wouldn't sign in with my email:

    it would sign in with my son's email address. I set up a Vudu account under his email. It worked, so it only made logical sense the VUDU APP was working. Today, I thought about it further and decided to enter my email address in ALL CAPS. Bingo!! It worked and signed me into my Vudu account. So, I have two new APPLE TV 4K 64 GB boxes working like they should. Even Apple TV couldn't help me with this one. I updated this post for the average APPLE 4K user who doesn't know anything about troubleshooting to help if they run into the same issue. If the email address attached to your Vudu Account doesn't work when entered in lowercase letters, type it out using ALL UPPERCASE LETTERS. Password of course, has to stay the same as they are case sensitive.

    I just purchased a new APPLE TV 4K 64 GB streaming box. I am unable to log into my Vudu account. I put my email address in and it grays-out and never gets past the point of entering the email address attached to my Vudu account. All of the other APPS are working and logging in. Only Vudu isn't working. I've made sure the software is up to date on the Apple TV box. And have tried factory resetting/deleting the APP and redownloading. Nothing works, still unable to log into Vudu. I've seen a few other posts about log in issues with various devices.

    CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP.

    FELIPE, I would appreciate your help with this. I can't or won't purchase movies from Vudu if I can't access Vudu from Apple TV 4K Box. I have more than 1300 movies on my Vudu account. Please help. Thank you.

    Vudu app works fine on my. Likely not app related.

      It's the new 2021 version of Apple TV 4K. Is that what you have? Every APP (And there are a lot of them) works except the Vudu APP. Sounds APP related to me. As a retired troubleshooter for a tech company is how I feel about it. But I could be wrong. I would like to hear from a Vudu expert but by the looks of this forum, they aren't around very much.

          I can't log in the Vudu APP. That is the issue. I was reading on the forum, people were having trouble not being able to log in their Vudu account from certain devices. Sounds like a similar problem Thanks Jeremy for your input. I appreciate. Sure would like to hear from Felipe.

                FYI I signed out of both of my AppleTV 4K 2021 units.

                I signed into one using the sign in with the Vudu app on iPhone option. The other I signed in using the Vudu email / password option.

                One is running the latest beta TVOS and the other is running the latest production public release. I make sure both were up to date.

                I also make sure the apps were up to date.

                I didn’t try the sign in with Walmart option as I don’t have one.

                Nothing I didn’t would replicate your problem. Sorry.

                  Thank you so much Jeremy. Was nice of you to try that for me. I so appreciate. Another issue, I don't have Apple products to experiment different ways of logging in. I must rely on logging in through the Apple TV box itself. I don't have an IPHONE. I have an Android. I really wanted to try Apple TV. I love the picture in picture option, really cool. And the linking with other APPS like HBO MAX is a new feature for me, as ROKU ULTRA doesn't do that. I was wanting to watch a movie I don't own through APPLE (movie wasn't MA) and the APPLE TV BOX linked me up with my HBO MAX account to watch the movie. Nice. And the Apple TV APP is way nicer than the APP on my Roku Ultra. Picture is beautiful in Dolby Vision. So, I ordered another APPLE TV 4K 64 GB box. We'll see how that one goes. I can send the other back. It is nice how Apple streamlines their product to work well with their other products but not all their potential customers use their phones/computers etc. I was wondering if I had an IPHONE or IPAD to try a sign in, if that would work. Maybe, maybe not. I'll let you know what happens with new box I ordered. It is coming tomorrow. Thanks again for your kindness. Happy Easter.
