    oh I see. Starting a second, new Vudu account. Well, I am still waiting to hear back from Vudu so I will see what they say before I try that. It is taking a long time to get a response. It feels like they are ignoring my problem but they are probably just way behind.

      I would think that after a year, they would have caught up so I think that they can't fix it. I hope I'm wrong though?

        Well, surely they will get back with me and let me know what to do to proceed and not just ignore this problem. I mean, you don't treat customers like that do you.

          I’ve been waiting close to a month so ignore seems to be the default once an issue is “escalated”

            When I try to convert my account I get the email on the old account I originally set up my Walmart log in with (Centuryling) and it doesn't not display anything for me to convert my account, the body of the email is blank. I have been on the phone with customer service at VUDU and they sent the problem to another department but never heard back from them. Anyone help me out with this? Just all of the sudden none of my VUDU emails can be read via my Centurylink email and I have always been able to read them. I even tried forwarding the email to my gmail account and it is still blank.

              I have never received an email from Vudu about the conversion and only found out about it two weeks ago when my husband accidentally logged out on one of our TVs. When I went to log back in I received the onscreen notice that it was necessary to convert my account. Every time I have tried to convert it by clicking on the "Walmart login is no longer supported. You can convert your account to sign in with Vudu by verifying your email," I never receive an email. I have whitelisted both email@email.vudu.com and help@vudu.com, always check my spam folder and still nothing. I have 478 movies with my Walmart login and 13 movies under my Vudu login. I have tried resetting my Vudu account password and never receive an email. And I have tried creating a new account. It tells me "User already exists." This is NOT okay. As another poster said, after a year, they should have this fixed! Can anyone help me? Because apparently Vudu support does not exist.

                I'm late to the party and JUST found out about this. I still have old receipts that never worked despite the movies having been marked as InstaWatch. Am I jut SOL now?
