    Missing Beginning of Movies/Shows

On several of my movies and tv shows that I open on Vudu, the movie/episode will start a few seconds in. I am unable to rewind it to get back to the actual beginning of the show. It’s like those first few seconds no longer exist. What can I do to fix this? Does anyone river have this issue? Thanks!

Press the restart from beginning button.

Helps if you give more specific details so the rest of us can try from our side.

I do restart it from the beginning or at least try to. It starts a few seconds in. We’ll say, for example, 10 seconds. I try to rewind it to start at 0 but it will only rewind to the 10 second mark. It’s almost always on tv shows that this happens.

So, I’ll select the first chapter and it doesn’t start at the beginning of the chapter that I selected. It starts a few seconds in.

Is it skipping the intro like if you were say binging episodes.

I've seen this as a problem with Netflix and some other services where there's a must watch intro to the show, then the open title and credits, and then show.

Sometimes the into is just a recap and not necessary important; other times it sets up the episode after the standard intro credits.

It’s skipping part of the show. It sometimes starts in the middle of a sentence. Most of the time, it’s not really missing part of the show’s action, it’s just missing a few seconds of time.
            It’s more frustrating than anything.
