    I just successfully changed the e-mail address on my Fandango account.

    Still can't get into my Vudu account.

    "Login failed

    Please check your information and try again."

      that didn't work for me either.
      did you call that support number?
      which ISP do you have for home browser? I'm on Centur Link and there are known issues, but I got it working.

        ok, login fail happened again, but this time I only DISABLED WIFI, and that got me back in. I'm on CenturyLink.

        What an annoying setup Fandango At Home/Vudu network is using that chokes this up where Amazon, Max.com, Disney, Youtube, and Paramount+ are not suffering from this networking hiccup. They just work fine.

          I'm aware FAH is supposed to be looking into this.

          NOW, router full resets, Wifi off is not allowing login.
          I'm looking into specific ports to forward/unlock to make FAH/VUDU work again. This is silly.

          Meanwhile, using MOVIES ANYWHERE as it has a vast majority of my films.

            After messing with this much too long, testing modem settings against networks that login, pull IP packet sniffs with much detail, looking into ports to open etc,
            it seems to me the issue is FAH not accepting certain IP addresses, because those numbers are from companies that work with VPN that FAH does not allow.

            I don't know how/why all other streamers deal with disallowing VPN based IP addresses, but seems like FAH could do better.

            After resetting things in my modem back to default and setting up wifi again, none of what I did mattered, when the ISP dynamic assigned IP address changed, FAH started working again.
            No changes on my part.

            Restarting the modem multiple times, it eventually gets an IP assigned from the ISP that FAH "likes" and everything works again, NO CHANGES to my gear.

            I can't change my gear to work solidly with FAH network - maybe if I PAID for a static IP address - but FAH should change to work with IPs the way the rest of the competition manages it.

              So I have been getting the
              Login Failed

              There was an internal error. Please contact Customer Service for assistance., message for months, but since the app on my phone and my Roku worked I just kind of ignored it. Tried to contact customer service and they just sent me an email wanting all this information that had no actually bearing on the situation. So searched for others who were having the same issue. Saw the message on here about not having the same email on Fandango. Went to Fandango.com, which looks to just sell movie tickets? anyway changed my email on that account, and now my vudu/fandango works perfectly. Thanks for the advice!

                I just got this error too! I've had the Vudu account since 2010 and this is the first time I ever get a Vudu login error. I don't use a VPN so not sure why this happened in the first place. The login was working fine like two days ago and nothing has changed on my end. So I went to Fandango.com and changed my email address so it's different from my Vudu.com email address but the Vudu login is still failing. Leaguemom13 how long did you wait after changing your Fandango.com email address to then log into your Vudu account?

                FelipeF why is this happening? I can't log into my Vudu account. Error says: "Login Failed There was an internal error. Please contact Customer Service for assistance."

                  LOL! After many hours passed I tried again to log into Vudu.com and it worked but only by using the email address that I changed at Fandango.com a few hours ago. I guess when you change your email address at Fandango.com it also changes it on Vudu.com. I then also changed my email address back to the old one on Vudu.com and it also changed it on Fandango.com. Weird but everything is working fine again!
