Android (OnePlus 11) Suddenly Only Playing in SD?

I have no idea what happened but tonight my phone (OnePlus 11) can only play HDX content in SD when for the past month I've been able to play HDX content just fine. There's no option to play in HDX and trying to play my HDX downloaded movies just gives me an error saying to restart the app which obviously doesn't work. Anyone having the same issue with their (Android) phone not being able to play HDX content?

I have a OnePlus 9 5g and I can play HDX. Did you recently install an OS update? Can you post the Vudu app software version on your phone. You can get this info in the "About" section within the Vudu app.

Ok, so from the software version you posted, your phone is being recognized as being WideVine Level 3. That only allows SD streaming on your phone. This could mean that a recent Android OS update changed this. Are you using the stock OS that the manufacturer installed or a custom ROM?

Using stock Android. Do you know if there are any fixes that can bring back the Widevine level back to 1 or do I have to send it in to OnePlus?

I don’t have that phone but I did a google search about downgrading or revert the software backwards. I saw loads of videos and webpages.

Vudu isn’t likely going to help you revert your phone. You’ll need to do that yourself.

You can't. That's done on the manufacturer level. It's not something that can be done. Try downloading a free diagnostic app that can check for the current WideVine level to verify what you have.

That's unfortunate. I just sent it back to OnePlus for RMA. Would really suck if this happened again.
