    Remote Sensitivity

    So, the last couple times I've tried using the Vudu app on my Roku, the sensitivity of the remote arrows is insane.

    Tapping a directional arrow once doesn't cause the cursor to move in that direction once - it instead acts as if I held the arrow down, and scrolls FAR past where I wanted to select.

    I can't select "My Vudu" because it scrolls all the way to the bottom of the toolbar, and trying to go back up, it scrolls all the way to the top. I've tried treating it like a video game where I try to hit the select button as it scrolls over what I want to select, and while that's worked, not only should I not HAVE to do that, but then I can't select the movie or TV show I want, because then it whizzes past left or right, up or down.

    What should've been 4 button presses to watch a movie the other night took over 30, trying to land on what I wanted, and having to start from scratch every time it selected something else.

    And before anyone says the stupid thing - no, it's NOT "my remote." Not a single other app on the Roku reacts like this, least of all the Roku menu itself.

    I've just removed the app & restarted my Roku, and will add the app back, but this is clearly something that needs to be handled on Vudu's end, please.

    Known issue. Reported elsewhere. It’s not the remote like others are suggestions as it’s started all of a sudden and it’s the same on all my remotes on all my units. I even have multiple remotes on some units (each side of the couch) and same issue. One is even brand new.
