Fandango Forum Guidelines

The Fandango are designed to help viewers get the most out of their Fandango experience. Here, Fandango customers may post information, questions, ideas, etc. on the subject of Fandango Streaming and Fandango Streaming related issues (home theater, entertainment, etc). Although the primary purpose of these forums is to help Fandango customers with questions and/or problems with their Fandango Streaming service, there are also off-topic areas available within the Fandango Forums for users to chat with like-minded people, subject to the limitations below.

Please post all comments in English. When posting a comment in the Fandango Forums, please conduct yourself in a respectful and civil manner. While we respect that you may feel strongly about an issue, please leave room for discussion.

Fandango reserves the right to refrain from posting and/or to remove user comments, including comments that contain any of the following:

1. Obscenities, defamatory language, discriminatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
2. Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
3. "Spam" content, references to other products, advertisements, or other offers
4. Spiteful or inflammatory comments about other users or their comments
5. Comments that may potentially violate the DMCA or any other applicable laws
6. Comments that discuss ways to manipulate Fandango at Home products/services, including, but not limited to, reverse engineering, video extraction, and file conversion.

Additionally, please keep in mind that although Fandango retains the right to monitor, edit, and/or remove posts within Fandango Forums, it does not necessarily review every comment. Accordingly, specific questions about Fandango products and services should be directed to Fandango customer service representatives.

Terms of Use - User Comments, Feedback, Reviews, Submissions

For all reviews, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Fandango, on or through this Site, by e-mail or telephone, or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection you use of this Site (collectively, the "Comments") you grant Fandango a royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable right and license to use the Comments however Fandango desires, including, without limitation, to copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and /or distribute such Comments and/or incorporate such Comments into any form, medium or technology throughout the world.

    Unable to Login over Wifi

    So far I haven't had access to my library for several months now.

    The TLR version - I'm unable to log into Vudu/Fandango at Home on my devices EXCEPT my cell phone, so long as I'm not connected to wifi.

    Long version:

    I had begun having issues logging in on my devices, including my Firetv and Playstation 5, where despite being logged in, it kept taking me back to a login screen. I didnt have any trouble logging in at first so it wasnt a problem, but one day it kept saying my password was incorrect.

    I changed my password, but it still wouldnt accept it, even after multiple tries.

    After troubleshooting with Vudu support, one representative pointed out to me that when I log off of my wifi, and just go to data mode, my passwords are accepted, and I can log in just fine, so long as I'm using Data, and not my wifi.

    This is fine, however all of my devices require a wifi connection, so we cant watch any of the shows we bought on our TV anymore. The agent suggested I reach out to my ISP, which I did, who was unable to find anything wrong on their end. Nothing was blocked or stuck in a vpn on my Modem,.

    I've been back and fourth with Vudu and my ISP and I'm starting to lose hope that I'll ever get access to the digital library I'd been accumulating, especially since Vudu has my TV shows on it.
    I can reset my password a million times, so long as it's through data and not connected to a wifi network, but that doesn't really resolve my problem.

    I EVEN tried posting on this forum under my account (skeptichydra@Gmail.com) but when I tried, it said it still didn't recognize my password (I'm on a PC now) So I had to create a whole new account just to post here.

    I also tried creating a new account altogether, just to see what would happen, and sure enough, as soon as it was created, it said there was a login issue and took me to a login page, where it continues to not accept my password.

    Has anyone else experienced any issues like this?
